Andre Luper is a United States Marine Veteran.

Andre graduated from Sherman High School and continued his education at Prairie View A&M University. He is a graduate of Haz-Co Fire Academy in Sherman, TX and EMT certified through Grayson Co. College. He’s currently employed at Eaton and he’s the owner of The Camp, where they specialize in building character, discipline, leadership in our youth and no child left behind. Andre helps build leaders.

Andre’s mission is to add value and worth to the lives of people in our community by helping, communicating, leading and being the voice for all. He believes in a holistic approach to health that includes having good physical and mental health, access to healthy food, access to quality healthcare, gainful employment, affordable housing and obtaining an overall quality of life that sustains the individual and their family. He’s a strong supporter of tax relief for the elderly, including a increase in homestead exemptions.
