Faith First and foremost Andre Luper is a man of God. His faith is the driving force behind the love and devotion he has for his community and neighbors. It is the reason this retired U.S. Marine is running to lead this county at a time of development and growth when no one can be left behind.

Family Andre Luper is a family man and his family is not based on shared blood, but rather a shared bond of concern. This is a time when the health of our citizens reflects the health of our community. He is a certified EMT and the owner of the Camp where children are inspired to build character, discipline, and leadership skills. Grayson County needs to invest in its youth
to build leaders, not criminals.

Future Grayson County is growing rapidly and Andre Luper’s mission is to insure that our home town values are not lost. We must invest in the prosperity of our community by being smart on crime, insuring the health and welfare of our elderly citizens, and inspiring the potential of our youth. He supports tax relief for our elderly, including an increase in homestead exemptions.
